Kipengele Kingdom *I DO NOT OWN THIS*

*All of the information in the first post besides the characters came from TWW. I do not own this RP*
Main Plot
There are four kingdoms. Water, Fire, Air, Earth. The four elements, called Kipengeles, once lived together in a large kingdom, but then realized that some kipengeles can't live with others, such as water with fire. A wall was built, separating the four kipengeles. Nobody is allowed in the other quarters. For each quarter and kipengele, there is a lord to rule the kipengele. Lord Bombazine for fire, Lordette Pashmina for wind, Lord Alan for Earth, and Lordette Cassandra for water.
The kingdoms meet up once a year for a festival of reunion. Other than that, the kingdoms are divided up. There are siblings and friends that belong to different kingdoms, and they meet up once a day to sit on the walls that divide the kingdom into the four sections and talk. The RP can be about the friends wishing to visit other kingdoms, but being forbidden to. They try to reason with the lords, etc. Other things can happen too, just with daily lives.

Ranks
There are different ranks, or jobs, for each kipengeles. If your character is from a certain kipengeles, the rank has to be under the same kipengeles.

Water
Bender -- Bends the water, highest rank
Chlororank -- Makes it rain, and gives energy to other water people.
Evaporator -- Makes the water evaporate.
Condensator -- Makes the water go through the condensation cycle of the water cycle.

Fire
Bender -- Bends the fire, highest rank
Flame -- Keeps fire burning
Spark -- Makes sure the fire doesn't get too big
Ember -- Keeps the fire hot

Wind
Bender -- Bends the wind, highest rank.
Howler -- Gives the wind it's sound
Speedus -- Controls the wind speed
Color -- Makes the colors of the wind

Earth
Bender -- Bends the earth, highest rank
Growis -- Makes plants grow rapidly or slowly
Animal -- Has control and care for the animals

About each Kipengeles
Learn about each kipengeles and their specialties.

Water
The water people are the best runners. They defeat fire, and help earth. They are naturally good with strength.

Fire
Fire is defeated by water, and helped by wind, in some scenarios. Fire people are fierce and the best fighters. They are also the most populated group.

Wind
The wind people are the best archers. They defeat nobody, but can help/defeat fire, depending on scenario. The colors of the wind are invisible to other kipengeles.

Earth
Earth people keep the entire world alive. They pretty much have the hardest job. Fire is possible to destroy earth. Earth people take care of animals and ship them to other kipengeles to eat.

Bella and Tara were walking to the wall for a big festival with all kipengeles. "I can wait to meet the fires and earths and waters!" Bella said excitingly. "You met them already," Tara explained. Bella replied, "Yeah, I know. But they only hold a festival when there is a new person. I wonder who it is! I hope it's a wind!"

"I doubt it, if it was then wouldn't Lordette Pashmina have arranged the festival?" Tara asked.
"I don't know! Stop ruining the fun!" Bella complained.
"I don't think this is fun, it's keeping me from my bender studies," Tara grumbled, annoyed.

"Whatever," Bella said, rolling her eyes as they approached the festival.

The Kipengele festivals were by far the biggest events in the nation, only held on rare occasion. It was a time of gathering and peace between the groups, to show off talents, reunite lovers, and experience new things. As the Winds arrived, the marketplace was crowded with merchants trying to sell flowers, spells, foods, and decorations.
"Tara, can we PLEASE go to the Water's corner? They brought something called sushi this year, i want to try it!" Bella pleaded.
"That sounds disgusting," Tara scoffed. "Besides, I need to compete in the archery competition."

"Ugh." Bella sighed. "You're lucky you're my best friend," Bella finished as they headed for the archery.

"I know. Besides, if I win it'll help the Lordette notice me! i'll be that much closer to being a Bender!" Tara smiled.
"It's not the end of the word if you wait a little longer..." Bella trailed off rolling her eyes.

"Not the end of the word?" Tara teased. "You know what I meant!" Bella replied.

"Whatever. Oh for the Lordette's sake!" Tara shook her head and facepalmed.
"What?" Bella asked.
"The fires decided to enter the competition," Tara pointed at the flaming arrows and burning targets.

Bella looked over to see two fires shooting arrows. "What's so bad about that?" Bella asked. Tara replied, "They are pros at it. No one can beat them." Bella stopped listening, she got caught staring at a tall, shirtless, fire who had perfect aim.

"That's not true, they just burn the target...." Bella trailed off. "Do you know any of the Fires here?" She asked, never letting her sight leave the boy.

"Uh, no. Why?" Tara asked. Bella shrugged real slowly and let her skinny body take her closer. "Bella! Where are you going?" Tara stopped Bella. She turned to look at Tara, and said, "I want to enter."

"Bella you're kidding right? You were seriously the ONLY one to fail that class this year," Tara shook her head.
"I'm entering Tara. That's that."
"If you're trying to impress someone you'll just make a fool out of yourself!" Tara pointed out.

Bella's face got red. "Pshh, nah." She said. "Just let me enter."

Tara sighed. "Okay, which one is it. I'll get his name for you. That's all."

"That one," she said, staring at Colby.

"Fine. You owe me, so no sushi today," Tara smirked, grabbing her bow and approaching the fire.

"Okay," she said. Tara approached the fires. "Hey, I'm Tara. This is my best friend, Bella." Bella smiled. "Hey," Colby said. Bella didn't take her eyes off him. "I'm Colby and this is Brent." He continued.

"Hey," Brent said, not making eye contact with either girl.
"Well Colby, to be outright, your aim is crap." Tara sighed.

Colby picked up the bow and some arrows, told Brent to go by the target, and set up. Brent grabbed an apple and help it above the target. He dropped it, and Colby shot. It hit the apple right in the center, and made a bullseye. He smiled as Tara and Bella's mouths hung open.

Tara quickly redeemed herself. "Is that really the best you can do?"
"You think you can do better?" Colby challenged.
"Um, she was the top of our class this year..." Bella trailed off.
"That doesn't say anything, she's a Wind, and a girl at that!" Brent smirked. "Colby could hit her target in Wind from here if he really wanted to."
