Society Sucks

Description- In reality, nothing is a fantasy. Everyone has flaws,  and most of them are pointed out. At West Honolulu High School (WHHS), everybody is expected to be treated equally. In society, they are not. You may feel alone, but trust me, you aren't. Play a character and get through hard times in this particular high school.

The nerds: The kids who don't tend to care about what people say and are quiet most of the time

The emotionally wrecked: The ones who have mental problems. (Depression, anxiety, eating disorder, ect.) usually the bully victims

The normals: The kids who don't give a fluck about anything and just push away any stress or problems they have to have a better life

History: Mac has been bullied her entire life. Her dad is in jail for drug dealing, and her mother is the only one who really cared about her. Mac has no friends, and she just moved to Hawaii from a part in Great Britain so she has that cute British accent. They moved due to a fire wrecking their house, and all of their belongings. Now Mac has to start her life all over.

He has developed himself to be the guy with everything, and finds it easy to pick on those who don't have everything.
Description: Tall, normal, tiny bit of freckles, perfect face. His eyes are a sparkly blue and his hair is a perfect brown hair
Personality: Mean, but is very kind deep down inside. Also is funny and a great friend/teammate, but don't get on his bad side.

History: Alexis is currently a freshman at WHHS. When she was twelve years old, her brother died by drowning. Since she was very close to him, she took it the hardest out of all of her family members. Alexis is very quiet and because of her taste in music and black hair, she is teased for being "emo." She suffers from depression and self-harm, and has not yet attempted suicide.
Description: She has long black hair naturally, usually kept in a braid that hits her hips. She's tan, wears long sleeve shirts despite the warm weather, and has blue eyes.
Personality: She's a wall flower. Trying to ignore everyone without offending them. She spends most of her time on her facebook and writing personal journals, avoiding the beaches.

Mac slowly raised herself from her bed. School started tomorrow, and today was the last day of freedom. Tomorrow, Mac was going into her senior year of high school, hoping to survive it more that the high school back in Great Britain. She pulled the blankets off and headed downstairs.

Mac entered the kitchen, where her mom was cooking bacon. Dammit, she thought, the scent making her mouth water.
"Mac come have breakfast!" Her mom called, not realizing she was already downstairs.
"I'm already here," Mac sighed, looking over the small wooden table the insurance company provided them with.

"Great," her mom said, handing her a plate with her favorite breakfast. Bacon with a sunny side up egg, with just a tint of salt and pepper.
She slowly pushed it away. "I'm not hungry," she said, mouth watering.

"Of course you are!" Mac's mom smiled. "You barely touched your dinner last night. Come on, eat up!"

"No mom, really." Mac forced herself to say. She kept resisting the urge to grab the bacon.

"Mac, I'm not letting you leave this table until you eat something. You're so thin, I could probably snap you in two," her mom chuckled. "Do you want to get an eating disorder or something? Come on, it's your favorite!"

Mac sighed. Her and her mom were close, but she never told her mom about being anorexic. She's been anorexic for four years, but to hide it she would eat but then make herself puke. Bing, purge, anorexic, whatever you call it. She took a bite of the bacon and gagged. She felt so guilty eating it, even though it was so good.

"There you go. That's my girl," her mother beamed, and Mac was hit with a small pang of guilt. Or was it just dizziness? Whatever. Mac finished her breakfast and excused herself to go to the bathroom.

She sat in front of the toilet . She had done it so many times before, why was it so hard now? Maybe it was the different house. She hadn't binged/purged in this house yet, and to her it felt so different.

Mac sighed. She honestly didn't want to do it. It wasn't the same. Standing up, she took a look in the mirror.
I have to, it helps me look pretty. I need to look pretty to make new friends.

She looked down at her arms scars or redish pink lines. She made sure the door was locked, and leaned over the toilet, and threw up.

That's better. She thought, emerging from the bathroom. She pulled on a light cardigan over her tank-top. 
"Mom, I'm going outside!" Mac called.

"Okay where are you going?" She asked, being a normal mom. Mac shrugged.

"Probably just on the porch or the yard," She replied casually.
"Alright. Text me if you go anywhere," her mom responded.

"Alright," Mac said leaving the house.

Stepping outside, Mac was really pleased with the weather in Hawaii. The house she and her mom lived in was really cheap, and it was right near the beach. Whoever gave it to them must have been a saint or something. Mac found a patio chair, and laid down in the sun.

She watched the waves crash into the sand. One of her dreams was to learn to surf, but she was scared to try.

She could always get a teacher, but talking to people was hard. They're, scary. Yeah, that was it.

She tried thinking to herself, it's just like skateboarding, but on water.
